There’s some good work and some good results.

Most importantly there’s new connections and new learnings.

There’s recognition.

I try to listen and try to learn.

There’s appreciation. It’s real. It gets me where I bleed.

I reread old favourites and they lead me to where I need to be.

I do what I should.

I breathe.

I write.

I smile
