I can’t improve
The more comfortable you get, the more money you earn, the more successful you are, the harder it is to create situations where you have to prove yourself and make yourself not just want it, but need it. The stakes should always feel high.
Don’t waste your time searching for those wasted years
They are grabbing for the security of an umberella category before they’ve actualy had time to evaluate their own writing
I think the most defeating part of punk is that there are a lot of bands and artists who have very good individual ideas in musical expression that may be blinkering themselves by being too willing to be accepted as part of a punk-rock movement
They can make it sound so nice, everybodys got a price
